Calendula Body Oil
Made with a tried & true extraction method, this body oil is an organic fractionated coconut oil base infused with organic dried calendula flowers. It is wonderful for skin irritations like eczema or diaper rash- but also for daily use for healthy skin and soothed nerves. Body oiling can be a lovely ritual for stress relief! It is a wonderful tool for self-soothing, massage, moving the lymph, and getting to better know your own body. This gentle formula can be extremely helpful for calming upset children, and is suitable for use with infants.
I find the optimal time for application to be in the evening after a bath, which can tie in nicely to a larger sleep ritual... though there really isn't a bad time for a little body oil break!
