Eleuthero Tincture
Eleuthero has been used in TCM for thousands of years to invigorate the Qi, to strengthen and nourish the spleen and kidney, and to balance vital energy. It became popular in the US in the 1960’s, and is widely used to support general health and improve endurance and stamina. The term “adaptogen” was first used to describe the actions of Eleuthero- coined by the Soviet scientist N.V. Lazarev in 1947, he described the action as “non-specific resistance of an organism to adverse influence.”
Adaptogenic formulas are best suited to regular, long-term use in the mornings or afternoons. Do not consume in the later part of the day or before bed.

This preparation was made with dried herbs extracted into 80% Alcohol By Volume. The resulting product is a mostly alcohol-based elixir. If the amber glass bottle is stored out of light and excessive heat, the formula will remain potent for up to 7 years, though to maximize the herbal energetics I recommend using the elixir within the first year of purchase.
