Green ClariTEA
This herbaceous blend is 50% Sencha Green Tea with herbs intended to help with focus, cognition, and memory. The flavor is earthy and vibrant; Rosemary & Sage add notes of clean musk, while Ginkgo, Eleuthero, and Nettles give the blend a rooted backbone. Drink this tea throughout the morning, or as an afternoon pick-me-up!
To brew, steep 1tsp: 8oz 180* water covered for 3 minutes. For iced tea, brew 2tsp:8oz 180* water steep 5 minutes, strain, then allow to cool.
The blend: Sencha, Rosemary, Sage, Ginkgo, Eleuthero, Nettles
Pairs nicely with Eleuthero tincture.
