Service Description
What is wellness? Fundamentally it can be broken down into parts that work together to support the whole; nutrition, exercise, sleep, community, vocation, and spirituality. This is a rather simple explanation of a much larger concept, and there is no ONE right way to pursue wellness. The first session serves as a foundation of intake and assessment in which we will discuss the difference between coaching and clinical services, such as therapy, and work together to identify, target, and plan action steps towards one achievable goal to set you on a path to wellness. Meaningful lifestyle change takes commitment and dedication. If you're booking this appointment, you are already committing to making positive and meaningful change. The first session is meant to lay a foundation to identify & work toward your wellness goals. Some people may only require a single session to get them on the right path, though ongoing sessions provide reinforcement and accountability that help to reinforce good habits that can become a subconscious routine. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours from the appointment, you will not be refunded, though if you cancel or reschedule with plenty of notice, there will be no penalty.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Please note there will be no refunds issued or rescheduling available if you cancel within 24 hours prior to the appointment.
