Service Description

The human condition can be a real doozy! Anxiety, stress, trouble sleeping, bad eating habits, chemical abuse, exhaustion, poor boundary definition... there are many ailments that we suffer in both chronic and acute capacities. Oftentimes, taking steps to rectify one issue can have a cascading effect on improving others. This initial client intake conversation is meant to gain insight into your unique composition and understand how we might take steps together to improve your quality of life. Every individual will have different needs regarding wellness protocols to herbal formulas. I’m here to listen to yours and make informed recommendations based on what you share. I also specialize in creating tailor-made herbal formulas, and would be delighted to equip you with just the right supplies! This service is available through Zoom. Confidentiality guaranteed. As an herbalist I cannot diagnose, treat, nor cure ailments. I can refer you to credentialed practitioners. The first consultation is less than $1/minute and is meant to lay a foundation to work towards your specific wellness goals. Some people may only require a single session to get them on the right path, though follow-up consultations may be helpful to adjust your herbal formulas or wellness protocols. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours from the appointment you will not be refunded, though if you cancel or reschedule with plenty of notice there will be no penalty.

24 hours notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Please note there will be no refunds issued or rescheduling available if you cancel within 24 hours prior to the appointment.
