We will discuss your wellness goals, explore my coaching approach, and collaborate to determine the best path forward for your specific needs. This is an opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the practice, and ask any questions that you might have about how holistic wellness coaching works. We will begin to create your wellness vision that will guide you as you progress along your path to lasting behavior change.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Please note there will be no refunds issued or rescheduling available if you cancel within 24 hours prior to the appointment.
