This recurring conversation is meant to gain continued perspective into your unique composition. Every individual will have different needs regarding wellness protocols and herbal formulas. I’m here to listen to yours and make informed recommendations based on what you share. We will discuss your personal wellness goals, and form a plan together to reach them. I'll offer custom herbal support remedies that will be tailored to your specific needs for an additional charge should you desire. My primary role is to guide you through a variety of coaching methods and offer expertise based on my training as a master herbalist and holistic wellness consultant. Sessions can be booked one at a time or purchased in several convenient packages tailored to fit any budget. This service is available through Zoom. Confidentiality guaranteed. I am a Certified Wellness Consultant, not a licensed medical professional. I cannot treat, diagnose, nor cure you. I am here to support your needs and can make referrals as needed.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Please note there will be no refunds issued or rescheduling available if you cancel within 24 hours prior to the appointment.
